We're trying to keep summer alive with our fruity mango vegan smoothie bowl. Have a go at making this colourful breakfast bowl of goodness to brighten up these grey autumn mornings. It’s so simple to make and hardly takes any time, leaving you free to play around with the pretty decoration.
1. Peel and chop the mango and pineapple, place in a blender with the banana and the Good Hemp Unsweetened Dairy Free Milk. Blend until a smooth and creamy consistency.
2. Transfer to a bowl and finish with your favourite fresh and healthy toppings and of course a packet of protein balls! Although this is a vegan smoothie bowl, we’ve gone for our Coconut + Macadamia protein balls as a topping as we felt the tropical taste went well with the mango. However, if you follow a vegan diet, you can top with our Lemon + Pistachio or Goji + Coconut protein balls.
