Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

What better way to start your day than with a bowl of goodness? We love making smoothie bowls for breakfast in the morning as they are so quick and easy to make - just bung everything into a blender and blitz away. If you’ve got time to make it look pretty with colourful toppings then that’s a bonus! 

We’ve created a simple but delicious recipe for a raspberry smoothie bowl to complement our vegan Lemon + Pistachio protein balls. Adding protein balls as a topping to your breakfast bowl will ensure you are getting a good hit of protein in the morning. Our protein balls all offer a great balance of macronutrients - protein from the protein powder, fat from the nuts and all-natural sugar from the fruits. Meaning you are ready for anything that comes your way!


1 banana

1 tbsp almond butter

½ cup almond milk (We love using Rude Health’s almond drink for this recipe)

1 cup fresh raspberries


Suggested Toppings

Fresh raspberries


Freeze dried raspberries

Lemon + Pistachio protein balls


1. Combine the banana, almond butter, almond milk and fresh raspberries in a blender - we love our Vitamix. Blend for 30 seconds or until completely smooth - the mixture should be thick. 

2. Add a touch more almond milk if necessary to get it to blend completely smooth. Transfer to a bowl and add toppings as desired and enjoy! We've topped ours with fresh raspberries, pistachios, freeze dried raspberries and our Lemon + Pistachio protein balls. How beautiful and colourful does it look!?
