Layered Raspberry + Chia Seed Pudding Recipe

We’re big believers that breakfast should be beautiful. And of course taste amazing! Ready to start your day fuelled with energy and excitement for what’s to come.

Our lovely founder Hayley, who also develops the recipes for our protein balls, has made this fabulous Chia Seed Pudding recipe with berry and yoghurt layers. It looks elegant and beautiful and is so tasty! We’ve used one of our favourite brands yoghurt for this breakfast bowl, but obviously you can use any yoghurt you like.

Berry Layer

Frozen Banana

Frozen Strawberries

Frozen Raspberries

½ Cup of Water

Chia Pudding

¼ Cup Chia Seeds

1 Cup Coconut Milk

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Yoghurt Layer

1 sachet of the Collective Dairy’s Pro-Yo Coconut Yoghurt

Frozen raspberries

1. Mix together the ingredients for the chia seed pudding and refrigerate for a minimum of 20 minutes for the seeds to absorb the liquid and become a creamy consistency.

2. While this is happening, place the berry layer ingredients in the blender with enough water to allow it to blend. Add this to the bottom of your glass.

3. For the top layer, add the Pro-Yo Coconut Yoghurt with a handful of frozen raspberries into a blender and mix until smooth.

4. Layer the puddings into a glass and serve topped with your favourite toppings. We’ve gone for toasted coconut flakes, pistachios and dried rose petals to really give it that wow factor. We’ve also served it with a side of our Goji + Coconut protein balls to really give you a protein kick in the morning.
