Chocolate Peanut Butter crammed with goodness and packed with the perfect balance of fats, proteins and carbs. This nutrient dense recipe makes approximately 15 balls. Made from free-range egg white protein powder which is a rich source of BCAA's and arginine. This make at home recipe of chocolate peanut protein balls will add some energy to your step and remember these are PALEO!
Crunchy peanut butter x1 cup
Medjool dates (large + pitted) x3
Peanuts (crushed) x2 tbsp
Liquid of some type to bond it together like coconut nectar, agave or honey x2 tbsp
Cacao powder x1 tbsp
Free-range egg white protein x 1 tbsp
Pinch of vanilla
Pinch of salt (we recommend pink Himalayan)
1. Pour all ingredients into a large bowl to mix form a ‘dough-like’ consistency (mix with either your hands or a food processor)
2. Scoop a bite sized amount of the mixture into your hands (about the size of a 10p coin) and roll it into a ball. Place each ball onto a tray or flat surface once rolled
3. Roll each ball in raw cacao powder and/or crushed peanuts and store in an airtight container in the fridge for approx. 1 hour.
